If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it meets the return conditions, such as being unused and in its original packaging. If we made an error or sent you a defective item, we will pay for the return shipping. In all other cases, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We can only accept returns for items that are brand new and unopened. If a product has been opened, used, or changed in any way, it cannot be returned—unless it has a defect.
Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes perishable products such as food, treats, and chews, as their safety cannot be guaranteed once they leave our facility. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or altered, as well as custom-made or personalized products, including engraved tags or specially sized gear. Final sale and clearance items are also excluded from returns. To qualify for a return, all products must be returned with their original packaging, tags, and receipt intact.
Yes, we do offer refunds for items that meet our return criteria. If you send something back that’s unused, in its original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery, we’ll inspect it once it arrives. As long as everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. It typically takes about 5–10 business days for the refund to process once it’s been approved.
Prior to shipping, our team carefully checks each order and takes photos to show it’s in perfect condition. We send those photos to you along with your tracking number. If your package arrives damaged, it means something happened during delivery. Please keep all the packaging and contact the shipping company. We’re here to help if you need any assistance.
